The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer flew off the shelves on the day of its publication, but were all our dedicated Twilight fans happy with the novella? Or did the brand new perspective of a character from Eclipse fall short of their expectations?
We’ve been overwhelmed by the fantastic feedback we’ve had so far (not least from our #iheartbreetanner twitter competition) and we thought that rather than trying to convince you that Bree deserves a space on your shelf we’d let some fantastic YA bloggers do it for us.
So hats off to Wondrous Reads, asamum reads, The Crooked Shelf, Heaven, Hell and Purgatory and Rhiana Reads - we heart you all :)
I’ll finish by borrowing words from asamum: "AWESOME!!!!! *TWILIGHT I STILL LOVE YOU* :D In other words if you haven’t read it yet, why not and you must do so NOW!!!!!"

Excellent! Could this mean that there is grounds for Bree to have her own film?
It could be a filmella! (I hereby instate that as the official term for a short film.) I'm looking forward to seeing how they include her in Eclipse, that's for sure. In fact, that's the highlight of the calendar this week!

I LOVED Bree Tanner (as you can see). And Jodelle Ferland does a great job of playing her in the Eclipse movie! Can't wait to see it again on Friday.
