Today sees the publication of not one, but four glorious Atom titles! And all in time for the long Easter weekend. Are we your favourite people or what?
First up, we have 172 Hours on the Moon by Johan Harstad. Creepy, atmospheric and downright scary in places, 172 Hours follows Mia, Midori and Antoine as they experience the other wordly on, you guessed it, the moon… There are some amazing videos that go alongside the book, watch the one below to see Antoine chatting about some of the strange things he's seen. There are more videos on the YouTube channel, and lots of extra content on Facebook and Twitter. The Atomics reviewed 172 Hours this month - click here to see what they thought!
Next, from the queen of all things supernatural comes The Calling. Kelley Armstrong is one of our absolute favourite YA authors, and her latest heroine, Maya, is one of her very best. Click here to read the first seven (yep, seven!) chapters and see what all the fuss is about. (The US cover is at the start of the extract, ours is below!)
This year has seen Atom start to publish some titles for slightly younger readers. Hopefully you'll have already seen the wonderful Witch of Turlingham Academy on the shelves, and this month we've got the first two titles from the Creepover series by P. J. Night: Truth or Dare and You Can't Come in Here. Filled with jumps, bumps and spooky happenings, these books should make you think twice about having a sleepover – because strange things always seem to happen at night… We've got a fantastic new Tween section on the site, so head over for lots of fun extra content to help you have your own Creepover!
We hope you all have a fabulous long weekend…see you on the other side!
