Breaking Dawn Competition Part Six

How about a nice competition to cure you of any lurking Monday-itis?! We're giving away another box of the lovely Twilight Journals today, as part of our countdown to the release of the Breaking Dawn paperback on 19th August. All you need to do is answer the following question in the comments section to be in with a chance of winning!
Which book from the Twilight Saga is your favourite and why?

My favourite is Eclipse because I LOVE that tent scene ;) I also love how it explains some of the other characters in more detail, makes you understand them better.

My favourite has to be 'Midnight Sun' I know it's not been finished and hasn't been published but it's the one I re-read the most. I find it fascinating to read from Edwards point of view the things that happened in the first book and would love to read all of the books again in this way. It answers so many questions and rounds the story off for me. To finally fully understand his struggle to cope with his feelings for Bella while trying to save her, mostly from himself is a gift that I really hope is completed soon and released as I will have to have it on release to find out what was going on with him through the rest of the book!
Breaking Dawn was my favourite, because there was so much that happened, it was great to see the way everything all worked out for everyone, especially for jacob, i really liked the way Stephenie Meyer tied up his story, now if only we could have more books based around the life of the character i'd love to learn more about.
My fav is Eclipse because the love triangle between Bella, Edward & Jacob is so intense. Although Bella has found her soul mate in Edward, Jacob is the soul mate she would have had if Edward didn’t exist and did not come back after leaving in New Moon. She loves him too but not as much as Edward. Why she loves Jacob is beyond me – jacob knows that she loves Edward but still tries to make her feel guilty that she can’t love him like he wants her too.
I love that Edward realises that Jacob loves Bella as well and is more intense and is fighting hard for Bella's affections. I especially love the leg hitch part and the whole proposal scene.
Also, I love Rosalie's and Jasper's background stories and who could forget Victoria and her newborn vampires coming to Forks to kill Bella and being savaged by the Cullens and the Wolves.
Sadly I can't answer this question as I have not read the books yet :( I really want to though to find out what all the fuss is about
My fave book of the series is Breaking Dawn, so much happens!!, and im a sucker for a happy ending :)
I LOVE Twilight. Nothing beats that first glimpse of Edward! I've never fell for a character in a book before but I was like, oooh lucky Bella, I wanted him myself! Rawr!
My favourite has to be Eclipse. The whole Edward/Bella/Jacob situation is so intense and Stephenie Meyer creates such a suspenseful atmosphere. Personally, I think it is the funniest of the series, it has the most romance, and it flows really well. I love all the romantic Edward and Bella moments, but the writing also makes me like the Jacob and Bella interactions, such as their kiss. Although I know I should really hate it because I love Edward and I think he's such a genuinely amazing guy, I actually do like it. Also, I love how we get to know Jaspers backstory, because in Twilight and New Moon, he comes across as a very mysterious character. I think Bella's character matures alot over the course of Eclipse, as she comes to grips with her feelings for both Edward and Jacob in a mature way, realising that she does love Jacob and would love to be with him, however, she is in love with Edward, a deeper, more meaningful love. I think everything just falls in place in Eclipse, with the wolf pack and the vampires working together. It shows the love and understanding that the Cullen family have for each other, no matter what their past is like, or the choices they make. It also shows alot more selflessness by Edward, and self-sacrifice from Bella. So yeah, basically I love it! Although, I do love the whole series aswell. :D

my favourite book of the saga? hmmmmmmm………
eclipse would have been my favourite book but the fact that we didn't get to read about the cullens and the wolfs teaming together really upset me, i understand why it wasn't there as bella wasn't actually there but i really feel that if there had been a chapter on there fight in great detail it would have added so much to the book!! (plus i really would have loved to have read more of alice fighting in this chapter :D )
as much as i enjoyed twilight and breaking dawn they wern't my favourite of the saga. so that leaves us with new moon ahhh new moon,just the mentioning the title brings back the memories of reading it for the first time! i truly fell in love with not only the saga but with the characters too, to the point of beyond obsession as twilight had me loving them already.
new moon to me offered more feel and depth for new and excisting characters, i loved reading about jacob and bellas relationship as i have been in jacobs shoes one to many times so i really connected with him, i loved the story that evolved around the pack from jacob hating sam then learing what sam was really about.
plus new moon offered some great lines like jacob calling mike a marshmallow! alcies classic god awful wet dog smell, and i'll be back when you put the dog out!
also loved how it was alice who came back to save the day and her and her stollen yellow porshe was totally awesomes!!!! that is one of my highlights from the whole saga alice and her porshe :D
so yep new moon for me was my favourite of the saga, how ever had eclipse had the oh so important fight chapter it needed it would by far have been the best in my opinion!
can't wait until i get my journals hope its soon!

Twilight has to be my favourite book from the series. It's the book that introduced me to the world of Jacob, Edward and Bella and which had me addicted from the word go. It's fed my fascination and imagination and I love it.
